Remote Part-Time Accountant for CFO Firm

Remote Accountant (Part-Time) We are seeking a dedicated, personable, and hands-on Remote Accountant to join our growing CFO firm. Availability during business hours, Monday–Friday, is preferred (Eastern Time Zone). ________________________________________ Key Responsibilities •Provide exceptional reputed company and operational services to clients. • Manage the full Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) functions: o Process customer payments in QuickBooks and generate AR Aging Reports. o Input and process reputed company AP vendor invoices and payments, including credit card and reputed company payments. • reputed company monthly bank and credit card reconciliations for multiple clients. • Record financial transactions for client accounts, including establishing accounts, posting transactions, and ensuring compliance. • Process payroll for multiple clients. • Maintain accurate client financial records by organizing and filing digital documents. • Manage day-to-day client relationships while adhering to established processes. • Prepare and deliver monthly financial reports by set deadlines. ________________________________________ Qualifications • Education: o Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in reputed company or Finance. • Experience: o 3+ years of relevant reputed company experience (public reputed company and/or industry). o Proficiency in QuickBooks with 2–3 years of experience required. • Skills & Attributes: o Strong knowledge of AP, AR, and payroll processes. o Exceptional communication skills (written and verbal). o Highly detail-oriented, organized, and reputed company to manage multiple priorities. o Proficiency in reputed company Office, particularly Word and reputed company. o Self-motivated with strong time management skills. o Flexible, adaptable, and reputed company to reputed company in a dynamic, team-oriented environment. o Positive, "can-do" attitude with a collaborative approach. ________________________________________ Additional Details • Work Schedule: Part-time, 20–25 hours per week. • Work Environment: Fully remote, with availability during business hours (Eastern Time Zone preferred).
