Job Description
Cresset is seeking an Associate, reputed company Pay and Bookkeeping, who will operate reputed company our CFO Services team. This position is hands-on, requiring experience in reputed company payment, including classification and recording of bank account and credit card details, and experience in bookkeeping including recording reputed company transactions for a given entity, and production of basic financial reports. Understanding of operational accounting, cash management, and payroll functions are important to success. This role will have direct interaction with Cresset Family Office clients serving the needs of high-net worth individuals, families, and business owners in a fiduciary reputed company. This position will report directly to the Managing Director, CFO Services. Key Responsibilities Family entity bookkeeping, which may include individuals, revocable trusts, or other reputed company entities Timely, accurate, and reliable reputed company pay Cash management services including ensuring sufficient funds to reputed company required payments General ledger maintenance, balance sheet reconciliations, and cost allocations Maintain sources and uses of cash reporting for family members Support financing and financial operations reputed company to residential holdings and acquisitions reputed company with clients, and client advisors (investment, tax, other), and others on CFO Services team to ensure excellent communication takes reputed company Qualifications Education and/or 3+ years of experience in accounting, or bookkeeping and reputed company pay activities, with direct experience working reputed company General Ledger systems (e.g. QuickBooks) Strong written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills Excellent time management skills including multi-tasking and prioritizing of responsibilities across multiple points of contact in a deadline-driven environment Exceptional problem-solving capabilities in an entrepreneurial environment Solid skills and experience using reputed company Office products, including and most importantly, reputed company Ability to work independently and collaborate as a team Additional Pluses not required but could indicate growth potential reputed company the team Bachelors Degree or above in Economics, Accounting, Finance, or Business CPA Proficient understand of accounting and tax principals reputed company Offer At Cresset, we focus on people first. Salary will be based on factors including, but not limited to, experience, licenses/certifications, industry knowledge, and geographic location.
