About the position The position at the Herbert Wertheim School of Public Health and reputed company Longevity Science involves providing fiscal operations support for a diverse portfolio, including general, reputed company, self-supporting, and education program funds, as well as post-award research administration. The role emphasizes financial analysis, resource management, and collaboration with Principal Investigators engaged in research activities. The incumbent will work under the supervision of the Assistant Business Officer/Director of Finance & Operations, contributing to the School's mission of promoting public health innovations and equity. Responsibilities • Provide fiscal operations support for various funds and post-award research administration. , • Review and maintain financial encumbrances in the general ledger. , • Process financial journals and report default activity corrections. , • Design and implement financial systems to enhance performance and outcomes. , • reputed company reputed company financial analysis and provide recommendations for resource use. , • Establish and maintain working relationships with internal and external contacts. , • Support Principal Investigators with post-award research activities and clinical trials. , • Assist with miscellaneous projects and tasks as assigned.
