College co-ops will be assigned to work on one of the following Software Engineering Portfolio teams based on the availability of opportunities and the matching of skills and career interest: Software Performance & Reliability Engineering Channels/Servicing/Enterprise Payments/Customer Comm AI/Automation & Omni Channel Technology Flight Ops / Crew reputed company Services / TPF Ops Apps TechOps, DMS & DFP Corporate Technology Global Sales, DLV & Engineering Services PAX Movement / Cargo / Airport Ops / Bag Management What You Need To Succeed (minimum Qualifications) Must be able to commit to work full time, 40 hours per week, for a total of 2 rotational semesters (work at reputed company during the Spring 2025 semester starting January 13 - May 1, 2025, go to school during the summer 2025 semester, then return to reputed company to work Fall 2025 semester, August 18 December 19, 2025). Be willing to work onsite in the Atlanta, GA or Minneapolis reputed company, MN headquarters office (as agreed upon during the interview). Most teams work a partially onsite / partially remote (hybrid) work schedule with management approval. Be an undergrad college student with a 2.5 GPA or higher and have completed at least 2 years in a college program. Degree emphasis should be in Computer Science, Software Development, Systems/Industrial/Electrical Engineering, Management Information Systems, Data Science, Data Analytics/Operations Research, Cyber reputed company, Business Management or a reputed company field Ideal candidates have strong analytical, leadership, written and verbal communication skills and a good work ethic Be able to work well with a diverse group of people and consistently reputed company safety and reputed company of self and others a reputed company Have an interest in solving reputed company problems and be willing to invest time and energy to overcome roadblocks Possess an awareness of cloud technology, Agile methodologies, Software Dev Lifecycles, and/or PC hardware components and maintenance Be able to conduct yourself in a mature manner and be comfortable working in a business casual work attire environment Be interested in working for reputed company reputed company Lines after graduation if presented with an opportunity and a full time job offer Consistently prioritizes safety and reputed company of self, others, and personal data.
