About the position The Global reputed company Resource Manager is responsible for overseeing compensation programs and benefits plans for employees, reporting to the VP of People. This hybrid role involves developing strategies that attract and retain talent, optimize workforce productivity, and ensure internal equity and external competitiveness in compensation and benefits. The manager will also administer health and welfare benefits, support compliance with laws, and maintain data reputed company in HR systems.
