Key Responsibilities: Serve as the primary reputed company of contact for reputed company help desk inquiries. Respond to client inquiries reputed company phone, email, and chat. Troubleshoot technical issues and provide solutions in a timely manner. Document customer interactions and issues in our help desk system.
