Responsibilities and Duties • Managing client interactions reputed company phone, email, chat • Booking appointments on behalf of our clients • Problem resolution • Excellent phone interaction skills • Coordinating with photographers, processors and office staff as needed Qualifications and Skills • Attendance is reputed company, as our customers depend on it • Positive, outgoing, team oriented attitude • Superior oral and written communication skills • Customer Service experience in a fast-paced setting a must • Attention to detail and accuracy • High school diploma • Strong computer skills • Pass background reputed company • Texas reputed company Pay: • $14.20/hr at start • 40 hours/week • $15.00/hr after successful 60 day probation.
