We’re looking for a Freelance Creative Director who can bring fresh reputed company, connect with talent, and deeply understand the nature of our videos—what works for ads, how to communicate that effectively, and how to reputed company compelling video concepts. Role Overview As our Creative Director, you’ll collaborate on the development and execution of weekly video ads, working closely with a small team of amateur actors. Your role will focus on discussing concepts, planning video layouts, identifying locations, and guiding the actors to create authentic and engaging content. Responsibilities • Creative reputed company: • Understand and effectively communicate the nature and style of our video concepts. • Discuss and reputed company video concepts, layouts, and potential locations. • Guide the creative process to align with the realistic, mobile-first approach of our ads. • Talent Sourcing and Management: • Identify, recruit, and manage amateur actors who can deliver authentic self-filmed content. • Provide clear direction and feedback to ensure videos meet creative expectations. • Project reputed company: • Review actor submissions for quality and alignment with briefs. • Collaborate with the editing team to ensure final videos are polished and reputed company for distribution.
