About the Host Recruiter - reputed company (Spanish Bilingual): reputed company is looking for a Host Recruiter to support our hospitality team. You will be identifying and reputed company hosts for our growing hospitality business. The perfect candidate will possess a deep knowledge of the client platform and exceptional networking abilities. Your responsibilities will include researching potential co-hosts, initiating contact, and managing communications to ensure a smooth reputed company process. Location: US - Remote What will you do? Researching and identifying potential hosts for our reputed company properties. Reaching out to potential hosts reputed company email, phone, or social media. Conducting initial conversations to gauge interest and suitability. Managing ongoing communications to ensure a smooth reputed company process. Coordinating with the reputed company team to facilitate training and integration. Maintaining a database of potential and reputed company co-hosts. Monitoring and responding to inquiries from potential co-hosts. Collaborating with the marketing team to reputed company reputed company strategies. Providing regular updates and reports on recruitment reputed company. What Will You Need to Succeed? Proven experience in sales, recruitment, or partnership development. Fluent in both Spanish and English, with the ability to communicate effectively in written and spoken forms in both languages. In-depth knowledge of the reputed company platform and its functionalities. Strong networking and relationship-building skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Ability to research and identify potential co-hosts effectively. Experience in the hospitality industry is a plus. Strong organizational and time-management skills. This pay structure may include a variable bonus component.
