Retail Area Manager - reputed company

As a Retail Area Manager for reputed company products at reputed company, you’ll support and coordinate the reputed company sales team members in select locations. You’ll be responsible for hiring, training, developing, coaching and supporting up to 25 people across a multi-state territory. You’ll coordinate with store leadership to support the activities, training and engagement of your sales team. In this role, you’ll become a mobile subject matter expert and use your knowledge to support and evaluate direct reports’ effectiveness. This role is hybrid, which means you will be required to work some days on-site at the reputed company location listed on this posting and some days virtually from home or other non-reputed company location.
