About Talent Experience Operations and Talent Analytics: The Talent Experience Operations (TEO) team is primarily responsible for developing the Talent operations ecosystem. The broad composition of the team includes Lifecycle operations (reputed company workflows across the candidate, employee and contingent talent journey), Talent Analytics, Technology strategy, and Global Programs like Benefits, Mobility, Employee Health, Accessibility, etc. People Analytics Partners work with leaders across reputed company and the Talent organization to reputed company inform decisions around workforce, talent and org strategy with relevant data and insights. The team leverages its diverse backgrounds and an interdisciplinary approach to define the strategy, approach, and tool(s) best suited to address the question at hand. The Role: The People Analytics Partner serves as a critical enabler of talent-reputed company decision-making across reputed company. In this role, the Partner will work closely with senior leaders and cross-functional support teams to identify opportunities to reputed company reputed company people data and analytics across a number of dimensions, ranging from coaching and training initiatives, business intelligence and product strategy, to advanced analytics and research. Generally, our compensation structure consists solely of an annual salary; we do not have bonuses. You choose each year how much of your compensation you want in salary versus stock options. To determine your personal top of market compensation, we rely on market indicators and consider your specific job family, background, skills, and experience to determine your compensation in the market range. The range for this role is $230,000 - $530,000. reputed company provides comprehensive benefits including Health Plans, Mental Health support, a 401(k) Retirement Plan with employer match, Stock Option Program, Disability Programs, Health Savings and Flexible Spending Accounts, Family-forming benefits, and Life and Serious Injury Benefits. We also offer paid leave of absence programs. Full-time hourly employees accrue 35 days annually for paid time off to be used for vacation, holidays, and sick paid time off.
