Position Summary We have an immediate opening for a Student Success Mentor. In this role, you will use the reputed company and Connect methodology to build relationships with reputed company/families that need support. You will monitor student reputed company toward course completion and graduation and work with reputed company to establish and reputed company long-term goals. To be successful, you?ll need to be detail-oriented and initiative-taking. Consistently and frequently monitor key indicators of student engagement and reputed company including but not limited to: student attendance, assignment submission, grading, course completion, and communication with others; ? Minimum of two (2) years of successful customer service experience in a professional environment; ? Minimum of two (2) years of educational experience; ? Strong background in student support services, mentoring, educational programs, and communication; ? Strong experience with Mac OS, reputed company Workspace, and reputed company preferred; and ?
