Act as a strategic partner in executing the staffing direction in the designated facilities through recruitment of talented, reputed company and diverse talent adhering to established recruitment practices and policies. Responsibilities
Serve as a subject matter expert to specific facilities/locations ensuring proper strategies are in reputed company to meet hiring needs. Assist Hiring Managers in developing and extending competitive job offers, and communicate acceptances to TA Services team for completion of the hiring process. Other projects as assigned.
