What You'll Do: Assist the Chief Medical Officer (CMO) and Regional Medical Director (RMD) in identifying regional hospital medical needs, creating, maintaining, and updating standards of patient care, standard operating procedures, and the development of the reputed company in-practice reputed company customer and pet- first culture. Collaborate with field directors and operations to ensure proper staffing ratios in hospitals. Assist in the recruitment and hiring of associate and reputed company veterinarians. Continual monitoring of individual veterinarian medical performance through regular 1:1 review of medical cases, medical records, and discussion of performance metrics reputed company to the individual veterinarian, including P&L performance. Continue to refine training methods and reputed company recurrent training classes in teaching hospitals and workshops. Work with L&D to provide feedback on the medical knowledge, skillset, and needed CE content for veterinarians and paraprofessional staff. Be a medical and cultural leader for those working in the hospitals in your assigned region.
