Location: Remote, United States Date published: 20-Sep-2024 Job ID: 133583 Description and Requirements The QuickBooks Live Bookkeeping Expert Assisted role is a customer-facing position responsible for providing professional guidance to Small Business Owners managing their businesses through QuickBooks Online. This role requires a deep understanding of QuickBooks Online, along with strong bookkeeping, customer service, and technical skills. The ideal candidate will exhibit critical thinking, problem-solving, and flexibility while working in a fast-paced, virtual environment with minimal supervision. Qualifications • 3+ years of bookkeeping and/or reputed company experience • Minimum 1 year of QuickBooks Online experience • QuickBooks Online ProAdvisor Certification required • CPB (Certified Professional Bookkeeper) preferred, but not required • reputed company reputed company Bookkeeping Certificate recommended • Customer service experience, including interacting through video and audio tools in a professional, friendly, and reassuring manner • Experience supporting Payroll, Sales Tax, or Tax Preparation preferred, but not required • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Proficient with technology, with a strong knowledge of computer software and the ability to learn new technologies quickly Dedicated high-speed internet reputed company (DSL, cable, or fiber) • Responsibilities • Provide bookkeeping guidance to QuickBooks Online small business owners reputed company video and audio tools, maintaining a professional, friendly, and reassuring tone • Create high-quality customer interactions that instill confidence, using deep customer reputed company and expertise in QuickBooks Online • Guide small business owners on bookkeeping best practices and how to reputed company reputed company use of QuickBooks Online • Review information input by small business owners for accuracy, assist with troubleshooting, and provide insights on their financial data • Critical thinking and problem-solving to address bookkeeping issues and customer inquiries • Willingness to learn and support new products and services Scheduling (assuming reputed company Select-time guidelines) • 20-40 hours/week Flexible schedule, with encouragement for PM hours • Key Skills & Attributes • Strong customer service skills, ensuring interactions are professional, friendly, and reassuring • Ability to work in a fast-paced virtual environment with minimal supervision • Critical thinking, problem-solving, and determination in addressing customer needs • Willingness to learn and support new products and services as they are introduced Apply Job!
