About the job Remote Administrative Assistant (Part-time) This position is perfect for someone curious and self-driven who wants to put their talents to work for a purpose-driven startup that is improving the lives of older adults and their families.What Youll DoManage and maintain calendars for CEO and Sales leadersSchedule calls and customer meetings, coordinate travelRespond to emails and document requests on behalf of executivesSupport customer and leadership meetings, including meeting set-up, preparation of materials, proofing slides, and capturing meeting notesBusiness operations/HR support, including business cards, company swag, etcMarketing support, including event coordination, updating and maintaining marketing collateralComplete ad-hoc projects as necessaryWhat Were Looking ForExperience in managing multiple priorities, administrative coordination, and logisticsWell-organized, detail-oriented, ability to multi-task with great follow-up skillsStrong written and verbal communication skills, Maintain a high level of confidentiality at all timesSelf-motivated, you do not always wait to receive information, you go and find it; work with a sense of urgencyProficiency in Google Office & Microsoft Office Suite, Keynote experience a plusMinimum of 3 years of previous work experience as an administrative assistant supporting an executive level, experience in a start-up environment a plusHigh school diploma or general education degree (GED) required. Associate's degree (AA) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school preferredAdditional InformationPart-Time (about 20-25 hours/week) to start, with the potential to transition to a permanent, full-time positionNeed to be available M-F, but hours are flexiblePay: $20.00-$25.00/hr depending on experienceLocation: Fully remote, must be U.S. based and authorized to work in the U.S. Apply Job!
