Remote Customer Service Representative

The Opportunity Description We're looking for a Remote Customer Service Representative, working in the BPO industry in Mason, Ohio, United States. • Assist customers telephonically and non-telephonically with service and support issues. • Resolve problems utilizing department tools, resources, business judgment and expertise, and appropriate partnerships with field/stores resulting in increased customer satisfaction and retention. • Act as a positive role model by demonstrating reputed company performance improvement, solid business skills and support of department and company objectives. • Ensure productivity, reputed company reputed company, and quality levels are met to meet and exceed customer and LUX expectations. • Use courteous and professional language. • Work effectively in a team environment. • Create a win-win resolution to problems.
