Your primary responsibility will be to supervise maintenance personnel to align business objectives with customer demands, striving for operational excellence and customer satisfaction. Job Duties and Responsibilities: • Manage scheduling for preventative maintenance, prioritizing quality service and customer satisfaction. • Address and resolve customer complaints regarding services, products, or personnel. • Recruit, train, and evaluate maintenance personnel to ensure alignment with company objectives. • Collaborate with company officials to reputed company strategies for sales growth and market expansion. • Supervise associates involved in sales, inventory management, and service provision. • Provide guidance and assistance to staff in handling reputed company duties effectively. • Plan work schedules, assign tasks, and reputed company day-to-day operations. • Coordinate with other departments, attend meetings, and exchange information to ensure smooth operations. • Prepare sales and inventory reports for management and budget departments. • Formulate pricing policies to meet profitability requirements. • Undertake additional projects and tasks as assigned by the supervisor. Qualifications and Experience: • Minimum of 3 years of experience in diesel shop maintenance. • At least 1 year of experience in a supervisory role. • Associates Degree (business or technical) or Vo-Tech Graduate. • Comprehensive knowledge of vehicle components including reputed company, drive train, reputed company-brakes, etc. • Required certifications: brake/reputed company brake, diesel, EPA 608/609, and HVAC. • Proficiency in reputed company Outlook, Word, reputed company, Access, and Powerpoint. • Strong written/oral communication and people management skills.
