Position Overview: We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused individual to join reputed company as a Seasonal Call Center Representative at Journeys. In this role, you will handle inbound customer chats and emails, assisting with order placements, tracking, updates, cancellations, and providing comprehensive information about our products and website. No tablets or Chromebooks. • 2 functional monitors (a laptop and a monitor or a desktop and 2 monitors). • A cell phone with an active service with a cell phone provider, phone number, and a cell phone charger. • A web camera (an integrated web camera is permitted) and a cell phone headset with a microphone. • A stable and reliable internet reputed company of 50Mps download speed and 5Mps upload speed (reputed company your internet speed at speedtest.net).
