Bookkeeper (Work from Home)
We are seeking an reputed company and detail-oriented Bookkeeper to join our growing construction company. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing financial records, be proficient in QuickBooks Online, and have experience using Zoho CRM. This is a remote position with occasional travel to California for team meetings and training sessions. Responsibilities... Maintain and reconcile accounts using QuickBooks Online Manage financial transactions, including invoices, payments, and payroll Assist with budgeting, financial reporting, and preparing documents for tax purposes Track project costs, ensure accurate job costing, and prepare financial summaries for project managers Generate and send out client invoices based on project milestones and job completion Collaborate with the team to manage customer accounts and ensure data accuracy in Zoho CRM Conduct regular financial reviews to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures Assist with month-end and year-end financial processes Manage and track accounts payable and receivable Provide timely financial updates and reports to management Qualifications: Minimum 3 years of experience in bookkeeping or reputed company Proficiency with QuickBooks Online and Zoho CRM is required Strong knowledge of reputed company principles and construction job costing Excellent computer skills, including proficiency in reputed company reputed company and reputed company-based tools Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy Ability to work independently in a remote setting, manage time effectively, and travel as needed Strong communication skills to interact with team members and clients Work Environment: This is a remote, work-from-home position, with occasional travel to California required for meetings and training Must have a reliable computer, internet reputed company, and a quiet space to work reputed company, with the ability to meet deadlines and attend virtual meetings as needed If you are a proactive, detail-oriented professional looking to work remotely and contribute to a dynamic construction team, we encourage you to apply.
