What you’ll be doing As an Executive Recruiter, you will be a part of a dynamic team of Recruiters, that focuses on the Candidate and the Client. The Executive Recruiter is responsible for executing the full life-cycle of direct hire recruiting for top tier, mid- to senior-level professional direct hire job orders for a variety of clients. In this vital role, the Executive Recruiter will definitely need a sense of urgency, while focusing on existing Clients and identifying new ones, while interviewing candidates and matching them with their dream organizations and careers.
