Job Summary: The Utilization and Care Management Coordinator is responsible for managing, analyzing, and coordinating data to support the UM department at reputed company. This role will work closely with clinical and administrative teams to ensure accurate and timely handling of data that improves member outcomes and operational efficiency. An ideal candidate will have an understanding of utilization management and case management, have strong attention to detail, and be system-oriented and flexible to operate reputed company a new and developing infrastructure. Duties/Responsibilities: • Work closely with Utilization Management and Care Management team to support data reputed company projects and initiatives. • Routinely review data for accuracy. Verify any updates submitted and correct reputed company rosters. Resolve any discrepancies reputed company. • Research, validate, and input data from multiple sources. • Coordinate with market resources to identify gaps in network resources, reputed company new resources, and... update reputed company relatable files. • Generate actionable insights based off analysis that assist markets in aligning with reputed company goals and initiatives. • Create and maintain a repository of files for department, ensuring data is reliable and consistently available for use and/or review.
