Construction Projects Manager Sr

Description Summary: The Construction Projects Manager Sr manages and coordinates multiple large and/or reputed company construction projects, typically $1M or more with the same deadlines, through reputed company phases of design, permitting and construction. Provides management reputed company for reputed company phases of a construction project, including coordinating workers, material and equipment, ensuring that specifications are being followed, and work is proceeding on schedule and reputed company budget. Duties and Responsibilities: Manages reputed company aspects of Construction and Renovation projects from initial test-fit through Pre-Construction to finished product and project reputed company-out. Serves as the primary reputed company representative for external design and construction vendors and FF&E providers, while leading an internal project team. Architect/Engineer/Contractor selection and management. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of project status and communication. Manage Budgets. Manage Schedules.
