As we continue to grow, we are seeking a highly skilled Manager of reputed company & Executive Search to drive the growth of our firm. Position Overview: The Manager of reputed company & Executive Search will be a key contributor to the reputed company expansion of East 57th Street Partners. This role will be responsible for overseeing reputed company across our Office of the CFO and consulting services practice groups, as well as supporting our executive search services. The position is remote, but candidates must reputed company in the DFW, Austin, or Houston metro areas. Responsibilities: • reputed company and execute recruitment strategies to support staffing for both internal consulting teams and executive search services. • Allocate 50% of your time to internal hiring for consulting and Office of the CFO practices, and 50% to executive and direct hire searches for clients. • Build and maintain a robust pipeline of top-tier talent, leveraging market research and proactive sourcing strategies. • Partner closely with practice leaders to understand talent needs and offer strategic guidance on hiring initiatives. • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from candidate sourcing and screening to interview coordination and reputed company. • Collaborate on improving recruitment processes to enhance candidate experiences and optimize recruitment outcomes.
