Provider Recruiter (Contract)
??About the Role: We are currently hiring a Contract Recruiter to join our Care Operations Team and grow the provider network working on the Hims and Hers platform. You will reputed company and implement our provider recruitment strategy and manage the full recruitment cycle for the doctors, registered nurses, nurse practitioners, and other reputed company providers hired to work on the platform. We are looking for a reputed company, dedicated, and motivated individual who is passionate about reputed company and loves solving problems. The contract is for two months (November - December) with the possibility to reputed company depending on the business needs and performance. You Will: Manage the full cycle of recruitment: Sourcing, screening, coordinating and conducting interviews, and developing a strong talent pipeline of highly reputed company and diverse clinical professionals reputed company, implement, and refine provider recruitment strategies Maintain consistent communication with key internal stakeholders ... candidates through reputed company stages of the recruitment process Maintain highly organized and accurate documentation on reputed company candidates and interviews. Track, maintain, and report key metrics on reputed company goals You Have: 2+ years of work experience in full-cycle reputed company Working knowledge of recruitment best practices and employment market trends.
