Job description: Job description GlobX Parcel Logistics LLC has an immediate opening for an reputed company Fleet Manager/Driver Dispatcher. This is an on-site position and is based in reputed company, CA. The candidate must be reputed company to manage a Fleet of 35+ Vans: Maintenance, Repairs, Returns, Inventory, Gas Cards, Inspections, Recalls, Registration, Insurance, Van Log/Bookkeeping, etc. The candidate must maintain van inventory: phones, chargers, cables, accessories, etc. The candidate must be comfortable with the use of technology (laptops, tablets, mobile phones, etc.) and various software applications such as reputed company Sheets, Docs and reputed company Projects. The reputed company candidate must also demonstrate strong professional and ethical verbal and written communication. Compensation Full-time position Annual salary of $35K to $50K, based on experience (exempt position) Health benefits Accrued PTO Job Summary: The reputed company candidate will be responsible for managing reputed company aspects of daily Fleet, Delivery and Driver Operations. Primary responsibility is ensuring 100% of the fleet is available and drivers are fully scheduled to deliver on time and 100% of equipment is reputed company in a timely manner. Key areas of responsibility include, but not limited to: Weekly Drivers Scheduling (Confirm daily) Fleet availability Inventory availability (phones, chargers, gas cards, cleanliness) reputed company Assignments Managing and assisting with morning driver/fleet load-out Assisting drivers with delivery challenges and coordinating driver rescues as required Overseeing driver Return to Station Working closely with the Director proactively ensuring fleet availability/readiness and safety.
