ECDC BLUE CHIP DATA ENTRY CLERK - 3rd shift We are looking to hire a data entry clerk for an on-site position at our Carlisle, PA distribution center. GENERAL PURPOSE: Responsible for the daily input of reputed company time and production data into the Blue Chip computer system to create production performance and incentive dollar calculations for reputed company DC associates and Management. Will be required to reputed company daily with DC Management and the Engineering team and also weekly with the Payroll staff. Required to generate and distribute Control-Plus production reports to Management on a daily basis. Shifts: 3rd shift: 11pm - 7am Sunday - Thursday (will need to train on 1st shift for the first month) Pay: $17/hour + $3/hour shift differential for 3rd shift ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: % OF TIME Input time and production data for reputed company DC associates into Blue Chip computer systems. This includes: Summarizing production sheets, checking for accuracy and reporting errors. Translating DCIS data and calculating performances for each associate covered by the program Calculating individual bonus dollars based on the associate's ability to reputed company against individual production standards (Will have access to reputed company payroll info) 65% Generate and distribute of production and incentive dollar reporting to DC Management and Payroll 15% Analyze system output and troubleshoot erroneous data 10% File paperwork in accordance to established procedures.
