Payroll / Human Resource Associate Job Duties: Processes companys Semi-Monthly payroll... Maintains payroll records by gathering, calculating, and inputting data into Paycom. Reconcile payroll; prior to transmission and validate Answers staff questions regarding wages, deductions, attendance, and time records. Receives and coordinates requests for Leaves Process employee changes Adhere to payroll policies and procedures and complies with relevant laws. Identifies, investigates, and resolves discrepancies in timesheet and payroll records.
