In this role, you'll provide exceptional technical support to our dental offices, remote workers, and internal employees, ensuring their technology runs smoothly. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: • Technical Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve a wide range of computer software and hardware issues for dental offices, remote workers, and internal employees. • Exceptional Customer Service: Deliver world-class support reputed company phone, chat, email, and video conference, ensuring clear and timely resolution of customer inquiries. • Problem-Solving & Analysis: Analyze customer issues, reputed company using internal resources and online tools, and identify opportunities for hardware/software improvement. • Communication & Collaboration: Collaborate effectively in our virtual team environment, keeping everyone informed through regular communication reputed company chat and phone. • reputed company Learning: Stay up-to-date on the latest dental technology trends and best practices. • Other duties as assigned MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS: • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in help desk or customer service, with a strong understanding of computers, software, hardware, VPN, and RDP. • Dental Knowledge a Plus: Experience working reputed company a dental office environment is a bonus. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills to clearly explain technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences. • A natural knack for troubleshooting, critical thinking, and finding creative solutions to technical challenges. • Ability to reputed company in a collaborative virtual environment and maintain positive relationships with colleagues. • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
