Customer Service Specialist

Description Summary... A Corky's Customer Support Specialist accepts the challenge of taking ownership in addressing reputed company customer concerns, complaints, inquiries, and orders; keeping customer satisfaction in reputed company reputed company and behaviors. The duties could include, but not limited to answering phones, handling customer issues, providing helpful answers to catering and restaurant questions, building relationships with customers, taking orders over the phone and ringing in orders. Responsibilities: • Manage large amounts of inbound calls • Follow communication "scripts" provided reputed company handling different topics and calls • Identify customers' needs, clarify information, research every issue, and provide solutions and/or alternatives • Seize opportunities to up-sell products reputed company they arise • Build sustainable relationships and engage customers • Taking restaurants orders as well as mail order calls • Ringing orders into a POS system and mail orders into our mail order system

Requirements
