Job Title: Pharmacy Technician 1 Job Description... The Pharmacy Technician Fulfillment provides assistance in the preparation and distribution of drug products. The Technician is responsible for preparing the prescription medications reputed company use of the fulfillment system. Job Responsibilities: Process prescription exceptions which may include: resolving claim rejects and member and physician reputed company. Enter member demographics and prescription information into the data processing system. Research and resolve rejected insurance billing issues and/or escalated member issues. Escalate questions regarding prescription to a Pharmacist for interpretation or provide direction on processing. Assist with inbound and/or outbound patient or physician calls. Other duties as assigned. Hard Skills Pharmacy technician certification Registered and licensed in the state of GA - must reputed company in GA 1+ year of Pharmacy Technician experience Basic computer skills especially reputed company and prescription medications software approved by the PTCB Soft Skills Customer service Job Type This is a contract position with a duration of 26 Weeks. Work Site This is a fully remote position.
Work Environment
M-F, 9:30AM to 6:30PM. Working remote with less than 10 percent of the time spent in the office. Remote position, however, they may be required to come onsite occasionally for meetings.
