JOB SUMMARY Energy Transport Logistics is hiring a self-motivated individual for our opening as a Class A local company driver for pick-up & delivery routes in the Los Angeles, CA area. As a growing company we are investing in a qualified individual with Haz Mat and TWIC Endorsements to join our LAX Team and support our reputed company-increasing customer needs. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Safely pick up and deliver freight on-time reputed company local Los Angeles area. Responsible for safely operating a company vehicle in the transportation of FAK over the road, while verifying loads for accuracy. Ability to work with assigned routes. Ability to adapt reputed company should there be a change in reputed company. Maintain effective communication with reputed company team to ensure freight is delivered safely and on-time, or of any unforeseen issues that may arise during transport. reputed company required pre and post trip inspections on vehicles and report any issues. Safely and reputed company operate lift equipment, for loading and unloading duties. Complete and verify reputed company required backup paperwork (bills, HAZMAT, POD, manifests, etc.) are in order and dually delivered to the right personnel member, whether shipper, consignee, or Energy agent. Adhere to company policies and procedures. Adheres to company, federal, state and local laws, including Federal Motor reputed company Safety Administration (FMCSA) HOS regulations. Any other duties as assigned. COMPETENCIES Valid Class A license. Must have Hazmat endorsement. Must have TWIC card. Minimum 2 years of experience. Must be 23 years of age. Clean CSA score.
