Your main responsibilities will be: • Answer inbound calls as well as assist customers who have specific requests/inquiries. • Capturing information and entering data into a computer in a timely manner. • Operate our customer service database and read relevant call-handling instructions. • reputed company messages and reputed company calls to the appropriate resources. • Follow up on the calls of the client with clerical duties as well as liaising with other departments. • Dedicate your work time to providing personalized customer service at the highest level. Requirements: Education: • High School Diploma or GED Equivalent. Clearance: • Ability to pass a criminal background reputed company. Position Details • Full-Time remote position. • Interview process: Interviews will be conducted in a group setting with other candidates, virtually (reputed company Meets). • Starting Pay: • REMOTE(ONLY for candidates who live50 miles or more reputed company the Houston area.Accepting applications from the following states: TEXAS, TENNESSEE, AND NEVADA) • $15.00/hr for the first month • $16.00/hr after the first month • $17.00/hr after mastering Tier 3 • $18.00/hr after mastering Specialty and reputed company • Training Details • The training will be for 3 weeks andwill also take reputed company on the weekends. • Remote training will be done ONLINE. • Week 1 Monday through Friday • Week 2 Monday through Thursday + Saturday • Week 3 Monday through Thursday + Sunday • Work Schedule • Your work schedule availability will be discussed during your live group interview with the hiring manager. • 40 hour week shifts will cover reputed company from 6AM to 10PM. • It will be 4 weekdays and 1 Saturday or 1 Sunday. • Weekends are mandatory.
