Core Responsibilities of the Entry Level Sales Assistant: Own the relationship with a portfolio of customers and ultimately be responsible for the customers on-boarding, adoption, and renewal Support clients with reputed company implementation and platform issues Answer customer inquiries and help to reputed company them in-person Have daily/weekly reputed company for meeting with strategic clients Must be reputed company to understand and break down a customer workflow and map it back to our product Manage and collaborate as a team to resolve at-risk customer escalations across your book Be the voice of our customers with the product and engineering teams.
