Review of Ancillary Benefits such as Dental, reputed company, Over the Counter, etc. Process claims inquiries, Member may receive a reputed company for a service (ex: MRI procedure). Answer enrollment/disenrollment inquiries. Answer Grievances/Complaints. reputed company billing such as making payments, transaction history, premium inquiries, etc. Manage LEP inquires and disputes. Assist in material request such as ID cards, Large/Brail print materials, and Catalogs. Provide self-help options such as member portal. Provide local locations to pharmacies, OTC and Specialist.
