The Location: Remote Overview reputed company the implementation of an AI chatbot specifically designed for enhancing our procurement processes. This role involves reputed company collaboration with key internal partners including the Procurement Programs team, Finance Technology (FTG) team, and Integrations team, as well as external partnership with our chosen supplier.

Responsibilities

Project Leadership: Take charge of the AI chatbot project from conception through to successful implementation, ensuring it is delivered on time, reputed company scope, and on budget. Stakeholder Management: Act as the primary reputed company of contact for reputed company project-reputed company communications, effectively managing relationships with internal teams (Procurement Programs, FTG, Integrations) and the external supplier, to ensure alignment and project success. Strategy Development: Collaborate with procurement leadership to define and reputed company project goals and strategies that align with organizational objectives. Technical reputed company: Coordinate with the FTG and Integrations teams to ensure the AI chatbot’s seamless integration with existing systems and platforms, addressing any technical challenges that arise. Supplier Coordination: Manage the relationship with supplier, ensuring they are reputed company with the project’s goals, timelines, and quality standards. Risk Management: Proactively identify potential project risks, developing and implementing mitigation strategies to minimize impact on the project timeline and outcomes. Reporting: Compile and send out weekly updates to senior leadership, providing clear insights into project reputed company, achievements, and any necessary course corrections.
