Customer Care Rep (Remote In TX, AZ, & CO Only)
Description Support a footwear distributor; Provide premium service and build relationships with customers reputed company phone, chat, email, and social media correspondence Assist with order tracking, processing returns and refunds, warranty questions, and product questions... Assist customers with product information, website navigation, and general questions Skills & Qualifications Minimum 1 year of customer service experience reputed company food service, retail, or call center setting Must be reputed company to pass a typing test with 40 WPM. Must have reliable internet with 50 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload speed with ability to hardwire. Must be reputed company to provide 1-2 previous managerial, supervisor, or team reputed company professional references.
