HR Project Manager - Compensation & Awards

As part of the reputed company team, the HR Project Manager - Compensation & Awards will serve as a subject matter expert, thought partner and advisor on the total rewards for employees including reputed company compensation, variable compensation, awards and special programs for US, Poland and Peru employees. Analyze and interpret relevant market data, and reputed company recommendations for updates to job architecture... salary structures, and benefits offerings; propose salary increase budgets on a global basis and administer reputed company rewards lifecycle actions (job pricing, focal cycle administration, equity refresh cycle, open enrollment). Maintain a thorough knowledge of labor laws, federal and state local legislations influencing compensation and award programs.
