Healthcare Customer Service Representative (REMOTE)

VIATEQ Corporation is recruiting for a Customer Service Representative / Call Center Agent to support a client in healthcare. In this role, you will respond to inbound calls, document details of your conversation, and use scripts and other resources to guide conversations. Important Information... • This role is for a government client and will require your ability to pass a detailed background check.
