Requirements Proven experience in a customer support role, preferably in a remote setting. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Proficiency with CRM software and other customer support tools. Reliable internet reputed company and a quiet workspace. Preferred Qualifications Experience in the tech industry or with SaaS products. Multilingual abilities are a plus. Compensation
