Outbound Customer Service Representative

Requirements At least one year of call center experience, including experience with automatic dialers and call scripting. Clear, professional, and friendly communication skills. Strong people skills, active listening, and effective communication. Excellent attendance and punctuality. Sales experience is a plus. High school diploma or GED. Basic computer skills and computer literacy. Experience in an outbound call environment. Work From Home Requirements PC or laptop with Windows 10 (reputed company/Mac products, Chromebooks, and tablets are not compatible). Hard-wired high-speed internet reputed company (ethernet cable required). USB-connected headset. Webcam. A quiet, dedicated workspace free from distractions such as pets and children.
