Intermediate computer skills, including keyboarding, mouse movement, data entry, and scheduling programs. Strong verbal and written communication skills for frequent and challenging interactions with physicians, employees, patients, and patient families, requiring patience and compassion. Ability to effectively organize and prioritize tasks to complete assignments reputed company the allotted time and maintain standard workflow. Capability to work flexibly and cooperatively with others. Composure during challenging interpersonal interactions.
