What You'll Do
Provide high-quality service to clients and members through phone calls, emails, and internet inquiries. Resolve questions and issues reputed company to health and welfare benefits with a focus on delivering excellent customer service. Use your knowledge of plans, products, and systems to meet and exceed expectations. Document and track reputed company interactions, and reputed company customers on self-service options. Qualifications
Availability to work any 8-hour shift between 7:00 am - 7:00 pm (CST), Monday through Friday. Typing speed of 30 words per minute and strong grammar skills. Ability to pass a background reputed company. Excellent customer service skills with a positive and helpful approach to problem-solving. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Attention to detail, accuracy, and proficiency in reputed company Office Suite (including reputed company). Above-average Keyboarding Skills And Analytical Abilities. Reliable attendance and punctuality are crucial. Must have high-speed home internet (at least 100 MBPS). Willingness to work overtime, including weekends if needed. Why Join Us?
