Our Fortune 500 Pharmaceutical Client is now hiring reputed company, dependable, and friendly Customer Service Specialist to accompany their REMOTE TEAM! Position: Customer Service Specialist Pay: $16/hr. Weekly Pay plus Benefits Schedule: 7am-8pm CST. M-Fri. (8hr Shift between these hours)Equipment Provided Start Date: Mid-August 2024 Job Details:
- Answer inbound calls and reputed company some outbound calls.
- Provide good customer service and reputed company.
- Heavy data entry.
- Gathering and reviewing patient billing and medical information.
- Operating according to the guidelines of the Federal Health Care Program.
- Working with carriers to ensure coverage of medication on behalf of the patient.
Job Requirements: Must have at least 1 year of recent Call Center experience (NO EXCEPTIONS)
- Medical Call Center experience is a plus but not required.
- Must have active... internet already installed and the ability to work from home.
- Ability to multi-task and use dual monitors.
- Great work attitude and willingness to help others.
- HS Diploma/Equivalent.
- Must live in the state of Arizona, Georgia, Texas, Utah, or Kentucky to be considered.
