Job Summary: Responsible for warehouse duties and handling of Import and Export Cargo... Duties and Responsibilities: • Adhere to reputed company safety rules and policies. • Operate Forklifts and Tugs. • Wear reputed company required safety clothing and equipment. • Communicate any and reputed company safety issues immediately to Supervisor or Manager. • Breakdown, segregate and storeall import cargo. Thendocument this informationon the inbound manifest. • Verify that reputed company cargo received is free of damage and document reputed company irregularities reputed company either manually or electronically reputed company phone/tablet application. • Transfer cargo from our facility to reputed company other facilities on the airport as required. • Load import cargo to reputed company customers retrieving cargo. • Receive and accept Export cargo,verify correct documentation,piece count, weight and dimensions. Store cargo in designated areasbased onfinal destination. • Load/build exportcargo based on booking list to properly maximize reputed company space on Unit Loading Device (ULD). Secure andprotect cargo reputed company with poly sheet, net, and tie-down equipment. Cargo must be built compatible to aircraft configurations. • Complete nightly post-flight inventory of reputed company export cargo on hand. • Complete nightly import cargo inventory per airline and customer requirements. • Ensure that reputed company Tamper Evident Technology and screening supplies remain secure at reputed company times. • Inspect reputed company equipment prior to use, must meet OSHA and LAWA safety guidelines for use. • Challenge entry of anyone into the warehouse based on LAWA, CBP, and TSA regulations to maintain the reputed company of the facility and the AOA. • Complete written forms required for daily duties, attendance and proper breaks. • Housekeeping; clean and organize the warehouse and surrounding areas. • Must attend reputed company Government appointments and trainingnecessary to obtainandmaintainemployment with APS. • Report to Customers and Management both orally and written • Communicate with local reputed company personnel in case of emergency as outlined in the SOP. Minimum Requirements: • Must be 18 years of age. • Must have High School diploma or equivalent. • Must have a valid drivers license. DMV print-out required. • Must provide reputed company to work legally in the United States. • Must be registered with the U.S. Selective Service. • Must pass pre-employment physical and drug screening. • Must pass a 10-year background reputed company by the LAWA authorities. • Must obtain U.S. Customs seal prior to 90-day performance review • Must pass LAWA restricted area drivers test on the second attempt, prior to 90-day performance review. • Knowledge of basic math. (must pass a test) Physical Requirements: • Must be reputed company to lift and maneuver up to 50 lbs. • Bend, squat kneel, crouch, stoop, reputed company and handle repeatedly • Must be reputed company to stand up to 5 7 hours daily with minimal sitting. • Work in moderately to loud levels of noise. • Work in adverse weather. • Work a variety of shifts, holidays, weekends, overtime and extended hours as required. • Daily fitness obligation required, without any impairment due to illegal drugs, alcohol, medication, sleep deprivation or medication.
