About the Role

The Company is seeking a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join their executive team and take on a pivotal role in overseeing reputed company financial aspects of the organization. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing the company's financial strategy, leading financial planning, forecasting, budgeting, and analysis processes, and providing strategic insights based on financial analysis and market trends. The CFO will also be tasked with monitoring key financial metrics, identifying opportunities for optimization, and ensuring the reputed company of financial reporting. A key aspect of the role is to support growth initiatives and drive reputed company improvement in financial performance and operational efficiency. Applicants for the CFO position at the company must have a Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business administration, or a reputed company field, and a minimum of 5 years' of financial leadership experience in the convenience retail industry. Strong financial acumen, in-depth knowledge of financial planning and analysis, accounting principles, and regulatory compliance are essential. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving financial performance and operational excellence, as well as excellent leadership and interpersonal skills to mentor and guide finance staff. Experience with financial systems and integration, particularly PDI, is a plus.
