Clinical Supervisor

We're Looking For Someone Who:
- Continuously educates themselves in cutting-edge therapeutic modalities.
- Questions traditional understandings of the mind and psychology.
- Enjoys working with people.
- Has excellent communication skills.
- Possesses supervisory experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain a caseload of 10 clients weekly.
- Supervise up to 5 clinicians, including monthly one-on-one and small-group supervision sessions.
- Train clinicians in theoretical approaches, therapeutic rapport, and clinical documentation.
- Attend monthly large group supervision and meetings with the reputed company supervisor and leadership team.
- Maintain ongoing communication with the reputed company supervisor and leadership team.
- Manage high-risk situations.
