Responsibilities
For The Position Include The Following Provides exceptional phone support: Handles calls from hospitals about billing inquiries in a timely and efficient manner. Assists patients effectively: Clarifies patient questions and ensures they receive the information they need. Problem-solving champion: Works through issues by pinpointing the root cause, researching solutions, implementing the best option, and escalating unresolved matters reputed company necessary. Data entry specialist: Maintains accurate patient records by inputting information into the hospital's computer system.
