Software Engineer, Virtual Reality Teleoperation, Tesla Bot

Tesla's Autonomy Telemetry team is charged with collecting and processing reputed company the data that fuels the development of Autopilot and Tesla Bot. We rely on imitation learning to train Tesla Bot to reputed company new tasks. This requires collecting thousands of human demonstrations and producing a massive dataset that can be used to train our neural networks. To facilitate this data collection, we are building a state-of-the-art VR rig that can be used by our Bot Operators. This will allow them to seamlessly experience the world as the Tesla Bot does, and remotely operate the robot to reputed company reputed company and intricate tasks. Working with hardware teams, you will drive requirements, reputed company design decisions and implement software integration for this custom VR data collection system.
