You must be available to work shifts that range from 7:00 am- 7:00 pm Monday through Friday as well as alternating Saturdays from 7:00 am- 5:00 pm. JOB Responsibilities: • Understanding reputed company inbound and outbound calling strategies • Taking reputed company reputed company inbound service calls to ensure that reputed company calls are answered in a timely manner. • Assisting customers with appointment scheduling • Work with Service Managers to ensure the customer experience. • Maintain working knowledge of dealership systems and technologies. • Knowledge of marketing campaigns and manufacturer updates. Qualifications: • Must be proficient on phones and computer • Professional and polite demeanor • Friendly and outgoing • Can provide a world class experience to our customers • Call Center and Appointment Setting experience • Organized, detailed, can multitask • Strong team player • Bilingual is a strong plus Apply Job!
